Obituary for E.W. Cochran

E. W. Cochran, age 92, of Cumming, GA passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Mr. Cochran proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. His profession included dairy farmer and partner in Etowah Maid Cooperative. After selling his dairy herd, he continued raising beef cattle and hay. He was a faithful member of Hightower Baptist Church.

Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM, on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, from the Hightower Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie McCormick, Rev. Gerral Richards, & Rev. Greg Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow in Church Cemetery. Mr. Cochran will lie-in-state from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday, January 25, 2015, and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday, January 26, 2015, & 10:00 AM - funeral hour on Tuesday at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by:

Brothers & Sisters- Emmett (Mary Lee) Cochran, Geneva (Frank) Wyatt, Gilbert Cochran, & Louise (Cecil) McGaha
