Once we have received your loved one into our care, we will schedule a time for you to meet with us to make final arrangements. Listed below are things that will be needed when making final arrangements.
Any clothing you wish to use including undergarments, socks or stockings, jewelry, etc.
A photograph to be used for the online obituary.
In order to complete necessary paperwork, we will need to know the social security number of the deceased, father's name, mother's maiden name, level of education, date of birth, city and state of birth, insurance policy (if needed), and a copy of discharge from military (DD 2 -14) where applicable.
