Donna Marie Westbrook age 49, of Canton, GA passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Northside Hospital Cherokee. Mrs. Westbrook was the loving mother of two children and a member of Chalcedonia Baptist Church.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Friday, March 23, 2012, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Weaver and Rev. Dana McPherson officiating. Interment will follow at Chalcedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 22and until the funeral hour on Friday at South Canton Funeral Home.
Preceded in death by: Parents - James & Lora Rea Wheeler
Survivors include:
Husband - Robby Westbrook, Canton, GA
Son - Daniel Westbrook, Canton, GA
Daughter - Emily Westbrook, Canton, GA
Brother - John Henry Wheeler, Ball Ground, GA
Sister - Virginia Davis, Buford, GA
Mother-in-law - Brenda Westbrook, Canton, GA

Robbie and family:
We are so very sorry for your loss. This was such a tragedy to such a fine family and Donna left us much too early.
I remember the many family visits we made at the Wheeler house as young children having Lora Rea cook a big meal for all and playing in the yard with Donna.
It was so sad to see Donna heartbroken when JH passed away several years ago. I know she is now very happy and comfortable being at home with her parents again.

I will never forget her thoughtfulness when I was sick and volunteering to take Brooke Christmas shopping! I am smiling as I am writing this. She was truly a godly inspiration with her facebook messages! Know that she will never be forgotten!

Dear Robbie,
I was deeply saddened by the death of Donna. This must be very difficult for you and your family. You are in my thoughts and my prayers.
Donna was such a kind person, who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I remember how close Donna and her mother were, I was so taken with their relationship and always hoped that my relationships with my children would in some way be as endearing. I remember when you and Donna met and fell in love, I remember when the children were born. Donna has passed on to a better place now. You can take comfort and strength from the wonderful family you and she had together. I know their love will get you through this sad time. As a teenager, I worked with Donna at Thriftown Grocery Store in Ball Ground. She was a very sweet lady; a joy to be around. I am very sorry for your loss. May God bless you and comfort you in the days ahead.

It is so hard to take in, Donna is gone. I just saw her at Mary's funeral; she brought a cake. She was such a sweet, caring, thoughtful person, just like Aunt Loree. She will be missed over and over again. Our hearts go out to you and the children. Just know that the Lord will be there for you in all those times when you are in need of comforting.
