I am saddened to learn of your precious Mother's passing! Please know I am remembering some of the sweet (and some so funny) stories you would tell me, Stacy, about Big Mama, and how much you and your family loved her. She will be missed, I'm certain. The good news is you will see her again! God blessed her with a wonderful family, and gave her many years of life here on earth...now, she's resting and enjoying her Heavenly Father! May God bless the Hillhouse family, and I hope you can feel the love and prayers this message is intended to bring. Love to a special family!! Renay

Just learned of your sweet Mother's passing. My heart and prayers are with all of you...Ms. Lucy is a part of the sweet memories I have of your family while I was growing up, visiting the Sixes community with my best pal, Judy. You'll always be a part of me.

To Doug and the rest of the family, I''m so very sorry for your loss. I didn''t hear until the morning of the funeral and couldn''t get down to see you and the family. My sister Ellen Morgan called to let me know and she and Willie send their condolences as well. ..I grew up on Sixes Rd. and always thought Momma Hillhouse was such a beautiful lady and always admired her. You are in our prayers. Barbara

May these words recorded at Isaiah 25:8 be of much comfort to you and your family during this time of sorrow.
"He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe tears away from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it."
[KIng James Bible]
