The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mildred Cotter can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

I have always like Mildred She was always a woman who would put you in your place fast and be sweet about it.Me and Rachel would always stop in to see her and Roy every time we would be in town.I still remember the time they came to our house in Florida and would not put on shorts to go to the beach (long paints all the time)But we still had fun.We also went to Nashville and had a fun time i think Mildred got Roy on the dance floor for a few short songs.Well Mildred tell RC (Roy) when you see him we miss him too.you both can RIP now. *Forever friends*...Gary and Rachel
